Meet Laura
Start exactly where you are.
Whether you've been referred by an airway-focused provider or you're simply curious to learn more about your breathing, Laura will meet you where you are and help you find a clear path forward.

A wider view of breathing
Breathing can influence more than you might think.
Laura looks beyond the breath itself, considering airway and breathing habits as part of a wider picture of health and wellbeing.
Her approach brings together airway-focused practices, applied breathing science and eastern philosophy, with the aim of helping you better understand your own breathing and what may be useful for you.
“As a physician I go out of my way to recommend Laura and her therapies to my clients because they are so transformative.”

How it fits together

01
Why Recovery Matters
Recovery is not simply what happens when we stop moving. It is an essential part of how the body maintains health.

02
Craniofacial Development and Airway Health
The way our face, jaws, tongue, and airway develop can influence how we breathe, sleep, eat, and function throughout life.

03
Carbon Dioxide and Breathing Behavior
Breathing is more than moving air in and out of the lungs. It helps regulate the chemistry that allows your body to function.

04
Why Breathing Comes Before Tongue and Jaw Function
Before asking the muscles of the mouth, tongue, and jaw to change, we need to understand the conditions in which they are working.
